How long will the process take?
The length of time will depend largely on how quickly the business planning and Franchise agreement can be completed.
In addition, there are a number of factors including site finding, training, design, and construction that may take anywhere from 6 to 12 months.
What training support is given?
For you and another key member of your team we will train you in one of our company stores for a period of 4 weeks.
In addition, we will support you training your staff in the week prior to opening and finally provide support on that important opening day and afterwards for up to a week.
Will BRG Franchise find my restaurants?
You will use your own market knowledge and judgment to select your initial site(s) which BRG Franchise will approve. The franchisee is responsible for securing their own sites, however we do have links with property agents and should something suitable come to us, we will pass this on to you.
Do I have to use BRG contractors to build the restaurant?
We will provide you with access to an approved designer to create the working drawings. Once you have these approved, you are free to use your contractors.
How will the ingredients be sourced?
BRG has a complete supply chain solution for you and you benefit our buying terms.
What does the franchise fee cover?
Paying the franchise fee gives you the right to use the brand, signage, store design, cooking manuals and operations manuals. It also covers the cost of your upfront training and ongoing support.
