We’re set to open our ninth branch and biggest Slim Chickens restaurant to date in Manchester’s Trafford Centre on 2nd November 2020.

The Manchester restaurant, the third Slim Chickens to open this year, will offer a menu

of authentic Southern flavours including the brand’s most iconic dishes: hand-breaded,

buttermilk-marinated chicken tenders, classic hot wings and fresh sandwiches. Also, on

the menu is Slim Chickens’ trademark 14 dipping sauces!

Designed by Harrison, the 2527 sq. ft. site will accommodate around 135 covers and

will be the first Slim Chickens restaurant to have a dedicated drinks bar. Interiors will

nod to the brand’s US roots with exposed brick and industrial beams evoking a sense

of a true Southern eatery whilst creating an inviting social space for friends and family

to meet over delicious food.

This will be the third Slim Chickens to open this year and we are thrilled to be in a

position to press ahead with the launch of Trafford Centre, particularly given the current

climate. Slim Chickens has seen a really impressive response from customers across

the UK, and we’re excited to bring our unique brand of Southern hospitality to the

people of Manchester
